Hyundai CEO demands level playing field against China

Hyundai CEO José Muñoz says protectionist policies and product improvements can keep Chinese electric vehicles at bay in the US. He noted that Chinese vehicles in Europe are about 30 percent cheaper than comparable models. Hyundai is investing $5.8 billion in Louisiana for green steel production to improve competitiveness.

As long as there is a level playing field for everybody. That's all we ask, right?
