Bolsonaro, Lula head to Brazil runoff vote
Right-wing Senator Flavio Bolsonaro will face leftist President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in Brazil's presidential runoff on October 25. Bolsonaro received 47% of first-round votes compared to da Silva's 45%, defying pre-election surveys that had predicted da Silva would lead by around 3 percentage points.
