G7 demands Iran halt arms supplies to Yemen Houthis

G7 foreign ministers from Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United States condemned Houthi strikes in Yemen and against Saudi Arabia. They called on Iran to end arming the Houthis, warning the escalation risks undermining international trade and creating global instability. Ministers urged Houthis to cease all military actions and attacks on civilian shipping.

We condemn in the strongest terms the unacceptable continued strikes carried out by the Houthis in Yemen and against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
