Foreign Minister participates in 18th BRICS Summit expanded dialogue in New Delhi

Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Bahrain's Foreign Minister, participated in the expanded dialogue session of the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi. He conveyed greetings from King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and outlined GCC partnerships in energy, digital connectivity, and food security. Al Zayani emphasized the importance of safeguarding maritime corridors including the Strait of Hormuz, Bab Al Mandab, and the Red Sea for global trade flows.

Economic resilience is not built on innovation alone, but also on the security of the vital routes through which trade flows.
