Bahrain All Share Index, Islamic Index close lower

Bahrain All Share Index fell to 1,929.36 points, down 0.78 points, while the Islamic Index dropped 2.14 points to 930.05 points. The decline was driven by weakness in the financials sector, which accounted for 88.09% of trading value. Some 96 equity transactions totaled BD 501,945.

Investors traded mainly in the financials sector, representing 88.09% of the total value of securities traded.
