Missouri congressional map back at US Supreme Court

A federal appeals court panel declined to reverse a federal judge's order favoring a new congressional map backed by Trump in Missouri. Republican Secretary of State Denny Hoskins delayed rejecting a redistricting petition until August, the same day as Missouri's primary. The Missouri Supreme Court sided with redistricting opponents, but the 8th US Circuit Court of Appeals rejected their request to reverse the order for November elections.

That is a tough and complicated legal question, and there is no definitive ruling from the Supreme Court that one could point to for an answer.
