Court pronounces verdict on bail plea in Kannur case
Kannur court to pronounce verdict on Dr Ram's bail plea today in Nithin Raj case
The District Sessions Court in Thalassery will decide on bail for Dr M K Ram, accused in the death of 19-year-old BDS student R L Nithin Raj. Nithin died by suicide on April 10 after falling from Anjarakandy Dental College. Ram, a former department head, faces charges of abetting suicide and caste-based discrimination under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
