Any case against Pinarayi based on ED directive would signal BJP-Congress deal: CPM

The CPM warns that if Kerala's Congress-led government registers a case against former Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan based on an Enforcement Directorate directive, it would confirm allegations of a BJP-Congress political deal. CPM state secretary M V Govindan questioned the legal basis for invoking the Prevention of Corruption Act regarding the CMRL-Exalogic Solutions payment controversy.

If the Kerala government registers a case based on the direction of a central agency controlled by the BJP government, it will underline that there is a BJP-Congress deal.
