Dubai schools move October half-term forward a week

Several Dubai private schools have moved their October half-term break forward by a week to October 12-16, following the Ministry of Education's new three-year academic calendar announced in February. Schools including Dove Green Private School, Greenfield International School, Jumeirah Primary School and Gems Wellington International School notified parents of the change. Families who booked travel around October 19-23 may need to adjust plans.

We have been informed that the October half-term break will take place from Monday 12 to 16 for all schools.
