Maharashtra will shut down within 10 minutes if Maratha protesters are harmed: Manoj Jarange Patil

Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange Patil, on his 10th day of indefinite hunger strike, called for a mass gathering in Jalna district and warned of a statewide shutdown if peaceful protesters face police action. He demanded Maratha reservation certificates under the Kunbi category. A decision on marching to Mumbai will be made September 12. Maharashtra Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil announced 58 lakh caste certificate entries will be displayed in gram panchayats from September 10 to 17.

If police shed even one ounce of blood of protester, Maharashtra to be shut within 10 minutes.
