Muharraq dismiss Al Saadoun after poor start

Muharraq have parted ways with head coach Isa Al Saadoun just two matches into the Nasser bin Hamad Premier League season following a slow start to their title defence. The holders drew 1-1 against Al Ahli before losing to newly promoted Al Ettifaq, leaving them with one point from two matches.

The holders opened with a 1-1 draw against Al Ahli before suffering a shock defeat to newly promoted Al Ettifaq last weekend.
