Bahrain's Shura Council announced a new institutional initiative called 'From Voice to Impact,' announced by Secretary-General Karima Al-Abbasi. The program translates royal directives and government guidance, integrating community partnerships with parliamentary work. It moves beyond idea consumption to a comprehensive approach encompassing proposal reception, organization, management, experimentation, implementation, and evaluation across digital, educational, and professional pathways.

Community partnership is no longer an option, but a vital foundation for national decision-making.
