Kerala is competing to attract global capability centres through a September 5 launch of a 'GCC boilerplate'—a regulatory blueprint with fiscal incentives. The state is positioning tier-2 tech hubs, especially Kochi, as alternatives to saturated mega-cities. 'i by Infopark', a neurodivergent-friendly co-working facility at Ernakulam South Metro Station, offers companies free six-month workspace while they establish permanent operations. Zoho is the first tenant.

We want 'i by Infopark' to be a soft-landing centre for companies looking to establish a footprint in Kochi.
