Arrests hit 108 across five Saudi ministries

108 government employees arrested over corruption charges

Saudi Arabia's Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority arrested 108 government employees in August on corruption charges, including bribery and abuse of official positions. The arrests came after 2,659 oversight visits and investigations into 352 employees. Those arrested worked in the Ministry of Interior, Health, Justice, Commerce, and Municipalities and Housing.

Nazaha charged the employees with bribery and abuse of official positions.
