Airbus Awards A320 Fuselage Skin Contract to Mahindra Aerostructures in Bengaluru

Airbus has contracted Mahindra Aerostructures to manufacture fuselage skins for Sections 18 and 19 of its A320neo Family aircraft at a Bengaluru facility, shipping finished parts to Augsburg, Germany. The scope covers eight skins for Section 18 and three for Section 19. Final deliveries are targeted for 2028, with Airbus currently sourcing over $1.6 billion annually from India.
